A transaction occurring when both the sender and receiver are registered with or identified by Lock Trust as residents of the same market.

International

A transaction occurring when the sender and receiver are registered with or identified by Lock Trust as residents of different markets. Certain markets are grouped together when calculating international transaction rates.

An International payment occurs when the sender and receiver are registered with or identified by Lock Trust as residents of different markets. Certain markets/regions are grouped together as follows for ease of reference when calculating International payment rates:

ADDING MONEY TO YOUR WALLET

TRANSFERRING MONEY FROM OUT OF YOUR WALLET

Electronic withdrawal -standard (ACH) or Real-Time Payments (RTP): Money transferred with the standard option is typically available in 1 – 3 business days when sent to a linked bank account or approximately 48 hours when sent to an eligible linked virtual debit card. There’s a fee to transfer money from your account balance to your eligible linked bank account or virtual debit card with the Instant Transfer option. The money is typically available in minutes with that option.

SENDING AND RECEIVING MONEY

When you send or receive money through your LockTrust account feature—without an associated donation, purchase, or other commercial purpose—this is considered a personal transaction. Personal transactions are not intended for the exchange of goods or services. The applicable rates for personal transactions are outlined below.

The applicable fee for sending domestic transactions applies plus the applicable additional percentage-based fee for international transactions (international fee).

You can typically withdraw money out of Lock Trust by standard withdrawals/transfers to your linked bank account or eligible cards. A currency conversion (and currency conversion fees) may also apply.

It's free to use Lock Trust to donate or to pay for a purchase or any other type of commercial transaction unless it involves a currency conversion.
